All you need are a few simple ingredients, and your favourite Aji Chili Sauces for these tasty dishes.

Cheviche / Cocktail Sauce
Choose your Aji Chili Sauce product (Original Mild, Medium Hot, Burn, Smokin' Habanero, or Honey Garlic). Add 1/2 cup of ketchup into a bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons of Aji Chili Sauce. Mix to taste. Serve with Shrimp or Prawns.
Salty Potatoes with Aji Mayo
Ingredients:
Choose your Aji product (Original Mild, Medium Hot, Burn, Smokin' Habanero, or Honey Garlic)
Mayonaise
Baby / nugget potatoes
Salt
Water
Instructions:
Mix 1/2 cup of mayo 2-3 tablespoons of Aji Chili Sauce into a bowl, set aside. Add water and potatoes to a large pot. Make sure the water is at least two inches above your potatoes in the pot. Bring water to a boil until you can easily put a fork or a knife through the potatoes. Strain the water. Add salt to lightly coat your potatoes and allow them to dry
Cut potatoes in half and use the Aji Mayo as a dip or spread.
Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
Juice and zest from 2 oranges
1/2 cup of Honey Garlic Aji Sauce
Instructions:
Add cranberries, orange juice zest, and Aji Honey Garlic to a frying pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook until cranberries start to burst and a sauce has formed.
Guacamole
Ingredients:
Aji Guacamole Mix
2 Avocados
Instructions:
Cut and de-pit 2 avocados. Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash. Add Aji Guacamole Mix to taste.
"You mash, you add, you're done!"
Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
1 bottle of Ají Honey Garlic for sweet and savory wings
* add 1-4 tbsp. of the Aji Burn, to taste, if you want them hotter; or add 1 -2 tbsp. of the Aji Smokin’ Habanero, to taste, for an extreme hot and smoky flavour.
2 kg of chicken wings
Instructions:
Marinade chicken wings with the Aji Chili Sauce, puncturing with a fork to allow the sauce to get into the chicken. Arrange wings in a lightly coated roasting pan (deep enough to hold all your wings and marinade). Broil for 15-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Rotate wings often for even crispiness. *Set rack on the 2nd from the top level to avoid quick burning.
