Let’s dig in!

Cheviche / Cocktail Sauce

Choose your Aji Chili Sauce product (Original Mild, Medium Hot, Burn, Smokin' Habanero, or Honey Garlic). Add 1/2 cup of ketchup into a bowl and add 2-3 tablespoons of Aji Chili Sauce. Mix to taste. Serve with Shrimp or Prawns.

Salty Potatoes with Aji Mayo

  • Choose your Aji product (Original Mild, Medium Hot, Burn, Smokin' Habanero, or Honey Garlic)

  • Mayonaise

  • Baby / nugget potatoes

  • Salt

  • Water

Mix 1/2 cup of mayo 2-3 tablespoons of Aji Chili Sauce into a bowl, set aside. Add water and potatoes to a large pot. Make sure the water is at least two inches above your potatoes in the pot. Bring water to a boil until you can easily put a fork or a knife through the potatoes. Strain the water. Add salt to lightly coat your potatoes and allow them to dry

Cut potatoes in half and use the Aji Mayo as a dip or spread.

Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

  • Juice and zest from 2 oranges

  • 1/2 cup of Honey Garlic Aji Sauce

Add cranberries, orange juice zest, and Aji Honey Garlic to a frying pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook until cranberries start to burst and a sauce has formed.

  • Aji Guacamole Mix

  • 2 Avocados

Cut and de-pit 2 avocados. Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash. Add Aji Guacamole Mix to taste.

"You mash, you add, you're done!"

Chicken Wings

  • 1 bottle of Ají Honey Garlic for sweet and savory wings

* add 1-4 tbsp. of the Aji Burn, to taste, if you want them hotter; or add 1 -2 tbsp. of the Aji Smokin’ Habanero, to taste, for an extreme hot and smoky flavour.

  • 2 kg of chicken wings

Marinade chicken wings with the Aji Chili Sauce, puncturing with a fork to allow the sauce to get into the chicken. Arrange wings in a lightly coated roasting pan (deep enough to hold all your wings and marinade). Broil for 15-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Rotate wings often for even crispiness. *Set rack on the 2nd from the top level to avoid quick burning.
